All product sales are final.
At J. Marie Skin Studio, we carefully select and inspect the professional skincare products we offer to ensure our clients receive products in excellent condition. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene requirements, all product sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or compromised, please contact J. Marie Skin Studio within 3 days of purchase so we can review the issue and determine eligibility for a resolution.
To assist with the review, we may request photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or defect. Products must be returned in accordance with our instructions, if a return is requested.
If the issue is approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible product. Store credit may be applied toward a future purchase at J. Marie Skin Studio and is not redeemable for cash.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products that have been altered, tampered with, or damaged after purchase
- Products returned after the 3-day reporting period
- Products purchased incorrectly based on personal preference, scent, texture, or results
- Gift cards or promotional items, unless otherwise stated
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a product did not meet personal expectations or because you changed your mind after purchase.
All returns, exchanges, and store credits are subject to review and approval by J. Marie Skin Studio. No exceptions will be made outside of the circumstances outlined above.
