J Marie Skin Studio Financial & Cancellation Policy
At J Marie Skin Studio, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. In order to operate responsibly, support our providers, and continue delivering high-quality care, the following policies are strictly enforced.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of $100 per hour reserved, charged to the credit card on file or added to the client’s account.
This fee applies regardless of the reason, including illness, emergencies, weather, childcare issues, or work conflicts.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in 100% of the scheduled service cost being charged to the credit card on file or added to the client’s account.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time in order to respect other scheduled clients. The full service fee will still be charged, regardless of service length.
Payment & Account Standing
All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file or added to the client’s account. Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
Booking & Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders are sent via email and/or text:
• At the time of booking
• 3 days prior to the appointment
• 1 hour before the appointment
It is the client’s responsibility to manage their schedule accordingly.

Treatment Disclaimer
While our team is committed to providing exceptional care, results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on individual health, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions.
We cannot guarantee results, as we cannot control at-home care or individual biological response. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes.
Consultations are provided to ensure realistic expectations and informed decision-making.
Product Return Policy
All product sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not permitted unless a product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Defective or damaged products must be reported within 3 days of purchase and may require photo verification. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only. Opened or used products are non-returnable. No exceptions.
