At J Marie Skin Studio, we are committed to providing the best care and service to our valued clients. To ensure that we can accommodate the scheduling needs of all our clients and maintain a smooth operation, we have established the following financial policy regarding appointment cancellations.

Cancellation Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who might be on our waiting list and helps us maintain our schedule efficiently.

Cancellation Fees: Appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be $75.00 per hour reserved for the entire service. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your account.

No-Shows: In the event of a no-show (a missed appointment without any notice), the full cost of the scheduled services will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your account.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time out of consideration for other scheduled clients. The full-service fee will still be charged.

Payment: Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your account. Clients will be responsible for settling any outstanding balances before scheduling future appointments.

Booking and Confirmations: We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time. Appointment reminders will be sent via email and or text at the time the appointment is scheduled, 3 days prior to the appointment, and again 1 hour before the appointment.

By scheduling an appointment at J Maries Skin Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our 72-hour cancellation policy.

Upon verification of the issue, we will either replace the product or provide a full refund, as per your preference.
