General information about visiting the studio. This is not medical advice. Your specialist will review anything specific to you during your consultation.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime on our appointments page, or call the studio at 303 641 8670. We welcome guests by appointment only, so every visit gets our full attention.
Do I need a consultation before my first visit?
For many of our services we recommend starting with a consultation. It gives our specialists a chance to learn your goals, look at your skin, and build a personalized plan and at-home routine before anything is scheduled. You can request a consultation online or by phone.
Who oversees care at the studio?
Select services are provided by a trained unlicensed professional under the delegation and supervision of our Medical Director, Dr. Michael R. Iannotti, MD, in accordance with Colorado Medical Board Rule 800 and HB 25-1024. You can learn more on our medical supervision page.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Plan to arrive a few minutes early. You will be welcomed, complete a short intake, and talk through your goals with your specialist before your service begins. We will also walk you through aftercare and answer any questions you have.
How should I prepare for my visit?
Arrive with clean skin when possible, and let us know in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, current products, or anything going on with your skin. When you book, your specialist may share guidance specific to the service you have chosen.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
Everyone's skin is unique, so timing and longevity vary from person to person. During your consultation, your specialist will set realistic expectations based on your goals and the service you choose. We never promise a specific outcome.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We ask for advance notice if you need to change or cancel, so we can offer the time to another guest. Full details are outlined in our financial policy, and our team is happy to walk you through it when you book.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We proudly accept CareCredit, which offers flexible financing for studio services and products. Ask our team or review the CareCredit details to learn more.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift certificates are available online and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion. You can purchase one through our gift certificate page.
Do you have a discount for military or first responders?
Yes. We offer 10% off services and products for active-duty military, EMS providers, and their spouse. This offer is not combined with other offers.
Do you carry skincare I can use at home?
Yes. Our J Marie signature skincare line is curated to help you extend your results at home. You can browse and order from our online shop.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian present, and some services have their own age requirements. Contact us and we will let you know what applies to the service you are interested in.
